I'll check in on the game during the third period, I think. There are less depressing things on TV. Maybe I can find a funeral.

Both goals scored by Avs on their feet from/inside the crease. Hardly Peters fault so far. As Anton pointed out, outshot 18-6 in the 1st.

Yeah, I'm going to just keep up with the score online. If I'm going to watch a group of people fail at something, I'm going to watch the start of the new season of Gold Rush. Much funnier.

Bingo- it was a one foot stop. He was stopping with the front foot while kicking with the back one.

I don't think he kicked it, I was just clarifying your point.

I think he stopped with one foot, but didn't distinctly kick with the other. There's a middle ground. He angled the foot, while not using it to stop (that's what I saw, anyway).

Yeah, that second goal wasn't on Peters. Like Tripp said it was on Nash. He gambled that the play was going to go along the boards and moved to the outside, when he should have cut off the inside.

Too bad Tlusty couldn't get a good shot off the pass on the PP. Was so close...

Peters in net is who he is. He was shaky, then good then finally bad.. all in one period. I'd much rather focus on this anemic offense. I can't continue to watch plays like Semin to Tlusty fail.

I'm not one to blame Muller, it's on the players imo but I'd change some lines up.

Regardless of the legitimacy of the goals (haven't been watching the game, so I don't know), there's still a big 0 on the Canes side of the scoreboard.

Can't win if you don't score

I didn't see "bad" on Peters part. I agree with the rest though.
