Authentic Jersey Identification

Hi All,

Need some help as I am currently on a run on acquiring Authentic and Indo Edge jerseys. Just got a Preds authentic in the mail today in the style previous to our present design. It's Canadian made, but how can I tell if it's Edge 1.0 or 2.0? One of the tags that is on the jersey as an edge jersey (as seen in NHL 08 the tag says) has a bar code on the back that reads 7187A PREDATORS NHL1

I wonder if that NHL1 means its an edge 1.0? Any expert feedback is appreciated! Unbelievable this thing was still in its plastic with all the tags and I got it for about $80.

Edit: Sorry all found the answer 7187 is edge 1.0 and 7287 is 2.0.

For further illumination I also found that 7231 is the Indo Edge assigned code.

Thanks for the page. Must not have reception in his building. I found the answer on another webpage. Really happy to pick up a brand new authentic jersey for $80, even though it's fom 08.

A little off subject but does anyone know the cost to have a jersey personalized in the arena

I do, cause I am having one done right now. It's 85 plus 15 shipping, STH discount applies only to the personalization. Now that is to have it sent away to be stitched, I don't know what their on-site heat press charges are.

Ah, glad you we're able to find it.
I just wish there was a similar site for all the older Starter/CCM/Koho jerseys.

Now if you could figure out how to post links to where in the world you can find authentics under $100, that'd rock

Edge 1.0 are the Reebok stretchy fabric ... 2.0 are air knit. If the hang tags are accurate, 7187 is 1.0 ... 7287 is 2.0 ... the neck tags carried over.

Important to note though that not all 2.0s are tagged as 7287. I have a couple GIs that are definitely 2s but are still tagged as 7187s. Retail issued jerseys might all be tagged as 7287 though, not sure about that. And I'd second EPS for customization, I've had them do up a couple of my older Preds jerseys and they did a great job.

I got a 54 and a 46 in the previous style...they arrived brand new. All tags and still in their plastic bags. Check out penaltybox16 on eBay...he has a lot of inventory.
