LOLOL

Wasn’t this stuff banned by the Canadian government for misleading packaging or something like that?

It had over the 180mg allowable caffeine content for an energy drink. I think it was 200mg or more, whatever they were selling in the states. How it slipped by the approval process I'm not sure. Some nerd at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency wasn't doing their job.

I know the corner store near me imports some stuff from the states, and some have 200mg+, like Ghost Energy.

It also didn't have any french labelling. Any food products in Canada needs labels printed in both official languages.

Is it capped at 180 in Canada? There are several things here in the states like cold brew coffee or energy drinks that have 200.

Death Wish Coffee has 300mg lol

This is mostly true. Prime Energy wasn't actually sold in Canada through official channels until recently. That was boutique shops buying them up in the US and re-selling them here, hence not passing Canadian food laws and not having french packaging etc like the corner store you mentioned.
