both ottawa and leafs fans should know quite well regular season doesn't matter considering how badly the 2000s leafs played against the sens in regular season but how invisible ottawa became in the playoffs

with that said, ottawa is a big threat imo. leafs do not do well against speedy teams in general.

generally lines 1/2 should be fine but the D is gonna be rough because we have no mobility

The odds aren't 50:50 anymore so the double down system will fail far more often than it will win. Why do you think casino's allow you do it. Because the odds are heavily stacked in their favour.

Edit: flip a coin a hundred times and count how many sequences of heads and tails greater than seven... it might surprise you to learn there will be several... including at least one about 10 or 12 in a row.

Considering a roulette table is spun about 100 times every hour it doesn't take long to go broke using the double down system.

The other aspect that so many people get wrong is the idea that previous rolls/spins/flips affect the next roll/spin/flip.

Certainly if you flip a coin 10 times the odds of getting 10 heads is 1 in 1024. But if you get 9 heads in a row the odds of the tenth flip being a head is 1 in 2.

Always find it weird that when playoffs come Leafs have games on days like Sunday, Friday, Monday etc when they normally don't play on these days during the season.

That been said, I only really fear Fla. Even then style points don't count. Just find a way to win.

As much as anything clinching early means not having 34 and 16 playing 25 minutes again.

That's what I thought but then read that the league wants to give Teams that play Thursday some extra time off before Game 1.

Ideally, they go Monday/Wednesday here, Saturday/Monday on the road.

Yeah and Matthews was the same age as Stuztle when that happened. This team has grown clearly. Won a series, were a clear better team than Boston last year if not for the injuries. Senators will have their moments but Leafs will control the series
