Oh well Gabriel you need to look at the RW column not the total number of wins right now they are tied with 39. That is the first tiebreaker

I am saying we could clinch with 2 more points in theory. We get another regulation win and Tampa has to go to OT for two wins, we win the tie break. Ideally we win a game...they lose a game and we just close it up easy.

I was thinking today about how tired this team looks. The question is, even if they have the luxury, due to cap constraints can they rest them? Someone has to play. There are strict rules for the last few games of the season as I understand it

I imagine if they have to play, they are kept off the PK and minutes are cuts. Berube hopefully pursues this approach IF this team can get the division title early somehow

First and foremost, let's hope the injured players are all healthy to return. At minimum McCabe and Patches. Patches in particular should be coming back like a horse. A couple of months off and ready for the physical grind of the playoffs. The guy has to be chomping at the bit.

That may have been the case anumber of years ago I know more recently it was ROW but they changed it to RW a couple of years ago no idea why

My guess is that both bolts and panthers would be eyeing for home ice so that game on the 15th should be interesting. too bad the Leafs play on the 15th as well would have loved to watch bolts/panthers go after one another
