Seems fair to me. A 1 round jump a few rounds down the line to move up 4 spots for a specific player now isn't egregious.

I think this is robbery on your part, but not big enough to warrant veto. The vetoing process is in place to avoid draft-breaking trades. This ain't it so I'm fine with it.

I mean it's a bit more than I'd want to personally drop 3 rounds from now, but we have to remember we're in the absolute premium part of the draft where pillars are still being selected. I think spits probably gets slightly better value in the grand scheme gaining just over a round jump but it's not like it's the next set of picks.

Yeah, I mean 2 rounds does seem pretty steep to move over 3 GM's now. I honestly feel like the other trade was numerically more even.

Would be helpful if GMs could also put the pick difference and round numbers when posting trades, like this:

24 (2nd) and 137 (7th)
For
28 (2nd) and 93 (5th)

+4, -44

This feels like a very big a payment to move up 4 spots. I get that it’s in the 2nd round, but a 5th rounder is still a core player. Would like to hear others’ opinions.
