Should we set a deadline? There’s no rush, but I think having a declared deadline could help people decide whether or not to sign up.

Send reminder PMs earlier.

E.g.,

Deadline to join: Wednesday, January 29th.

Draft order released by non-GM/ draft starts: Friday, February 1st.

Draft clock begins the next Monday.

I was gonna take care of all that yesterday but the stupid migration happened so I was gonna give it a few days until the normal look returned.

If it's not back to normal by Monday I'll do it and start the polls too.

Considering the time investment, I think I'll stay safely on the sidelines after my worst ever showing last year coming in dead last. I'm trending in the wrong direction lol
