I think I probably like Bill Guerin as a person. I just don’t want him ruining my hockey team anymore.

What's up with him? 0.858 and still hasn't won a game down there. He can't be this bad.

He probably is really tired if staying in hotels and driving 4 hours to get home. That was awful nice of Billy to tell him to get a place in the cities lol
I'm sure the possibility was covered in a conversation. Injuries are what they are and the cap is the cap. Probably couldn't have him in the NHL to ice a full roster while Hartman and Spurgeon were hurt (I don't think Spurgeon was LTIR'd).

He's got a guaranteed $4.4 million coming his way to put up with the hotels and the drive. I'm sure he'll be fine.

Winnipeg Jets fan coming in peace....

So from a distance Wallstedt appears wildly inconsistent. He put a nice little stretch together and then I checked the AHL scores tonight and yikes......8.....why wasn't he pulled?

What's going on?

Oh wait, you’re serious.

Probably because Iowa’s coach is a moron.

Should be the backup to Gus but we needed to have Flower with the big club for his retirement tour.

How long can Jasper tolerate having to try and stand on his head with generationally awful teams in front of him? Bring him up and let him get a few games against bottom half teams with a healthy Wild club. The kid needs something to feel good about. This ain’t 1981 and I we invest so much in these prospects. What’s the point of treating them like this when there is so much potential.

Iowa may allow the most goals in the league, but their offense sure has picked up. Wallstedt won a game recently even though he allowed 3 goals in it. Unheard of!

It seems that they play better when Hunt is in the lineup. I am not watching games, so am just guessing.

If Wallstedt busts that is a firable offense. Like this is one of Guerin's worst decisions. Bring back Fleury and keep Wallstedt in the minors?

I am getting really nervous that Wallstedt is going to bust now.
If Wallstedt is such a delicate flower that he cannot withstand playing stretch of games for a poor team, then he will never become a legit NHL goalie.

They can pick up bad habits. Goalies are mental. Wallstedt is clearly frustrated with the situation in Iowa.
