As the title says - what are your thoughts?

I'd say:
Knies - Matthews - Marner
Holmberg - Tavares - Nylander
McMann - Laughton - Domi
Lorentz - Kampf - Jarnkrok
Pacioretty/Robertson rotating for Holmberg, Reaves if needed.

McCabe - Tanev
OEL - Carlo
Rielly - Myers

Stolarz - Starter

That's a deep lineup

The issue is you have holmberg, Jarnkrok , Domi and Kampf who are black holes and Domi is really bad defensively

Patch and Robertson are the only ones that have scoring ability it seems too

Hopefully we get some cohesiveness in the bottom six as it’s been a thorn in our side for yrs

And if Rielly struggles again defensively…it may be time to cut ties as we can’t continue to spend valuable resources on finding him a partner who will hide all of Rielly warts

With everyone healthy, my guess would be:

Knies-Matthews-Marner
Pacioretty-Tavares-Nylander
McMann-Laughton-Jarnkrok
Lorentz-Kampf-Domi

Unconventional, but I fet the feeling they're going to look at their bottom 6 as "we need absolute trust", and maybe a turnover goal. McMann, Laughton and Jarnkrok can give them that.

If it were me however...

Knies-Matthews-Domi
McMann-Tavares-Marner
Jarnkrok-Laughton-Nylander
Pacioretty-Kampf-Lorentz

This is what I think we'll go with when completely healthy:

Knies - Matthews - Marner
Domi/McMann - Tavares - Nylander
Domi/McMann - Laughton - Robertson
Lorentz - Kampf - Jarnkrok

Patches and Holmberg play on the 4th line if we need to change it up or there's an injury.

McCabe - Tanev
Rielly - Carlo
OEL - Myers

Benoit is the 7th D

why do people have patches in our playoff lineup? Like based off of what ? He’s not healthy right now and hasn’t been healthy most of the season

I would split AM, MM, Willie into three lines instead of top 6 and bottom 6, as it will provide more balance scoring in the playoffs and one of those lines can take advantage of weaker line.

Knies-AM-Domi, Knies pretty much is an upgrade to Bert as he is more mobile. And hope they can play like Game 2 of last playoffs every game.
McMann Laughton MM, this will be the matchup line against opposing top line. Having McMann’s speed will provide an outlet pass opportunity for MM to create odd man rushes or breaks away.
Robbie-JT-Willie, this will be the shelter line and will starts in the Ozone more often than not. Max can fill in if he is healthy
Lorentz-Kampf-Calle will be another no event line that is capable of playing a shift here and there against opposing top 6.

Yeah I think with the acquisition of Laughton...Domi will be going back to the wing. He's more valuable there as opposed to C anyways. My guess is Holmberg is the odd man out

Knies - Mathews - Marner
Domi - Tavares - Nylander
McMann - Laughton - Robertson
Lorentz - Kampf - Jarnkrok/Pacioretty

Knies-Matthews-Marner
Jarnkrok-Tavares-Nylander
McMann-Laughton-Domi
Pacioretty-Kampf-Lorentz

McCabe-Tanev
Rielly-Carlo
OEL-Myers

Stolarz
Woll

I only have Pacioretty on the 4th line instead of the 2nd, since he'll be coming off pretty significant injury.

Reilly Carlo
McCabe Tanev
Oel Benoit.

I'll give it a couple weeks to see how it plays out. My very early assessment would be:

Knies - Matthews - Marner
Nylander - Tavares - Domi
McMann - Laughton - Robertson
Lorentz - Kampf - Jarnkrok
If Domi can figure it out that's one strong lineup

Combine that with:

McCabe - Tanev
Rielly - Carlo
OEL - Myers

Stolarz

And we have an elite all around team. This is the year for a run

Hopefully Robertson keeps up with the same piss and vinegar attitude.
Hope this is the new Robertson

I think Roberston should be in the lineup, he's been putting in a great effort. He's been a lot more responsible defensively and offers some depth scoring. He just needs to be stronger on his skates but I like the speed he offers.

Knies-Matthews-Marner
Domi-JT-Nylander
McMann-Laughton-Robertson
Lorentz-Kampf-Jarnkrok

If we're going to split the amigos build a unicorn third line:

Jarn-Laugh-Mitch

Shut down top 6s, out score bottom 6s, take on most of the pk duty together.

L1 Matty and L2 Willy bring wave after wave of attack, with a strong D corps to back them up.

If Reavos knees still work have him in early on the 4th to set the tone and wear folks down.

No, after Las Vegas woke us up, Colorado deeper sixed us. Without top seed we can't get lucky and win two rounds. Of all of our core, who do you want (must have) in the Stanley? Cause you have 5 of them and they don't really compliment each other. So, you build around them?

I do wonder if they spread out the big 4, similar to what they did last year.

Something like:

Knies-Matthews-Domi
McMann-Tavares-Marner
Pacioretty-Laughton-Nylander
Lorentz-Kampf-Jarnkrok
