That is just mind-boggling. He might be at the back nine of his career, but he's still at the top of his game and not some quickly declining superstar looking for a retirement home.
When Beckham founded Inter Miami back in 2017 or 2018, Messi reportedly said something like "call me in 5 years".

He has declined, but as an MLS fan- it'd be very surprising to me if he didn't break records even at his age.

Beckham and Henry had declined faster, frankly.

He has "only" 32 goals in his last 75 games for PSG, which is a far cry from a few years ago when he'd literally score at a goal per game pace. He has definitely slowed down a lot and doesn't really move unless he has the ball or thinks he's in position to receive it. That said, he's still one of the absolute best players in the world when he's on the ball. I think he'd be pretty likely to challenge or break the single-season goals record in MLS, and that's probably true for most leagues outside of the Big 5.

Most importantly was the Tres a cero thrashing of Mexico and the return of Gregg Berhalter! Thoughts?

This is like 2 months old now, but this the best fan protest I've seen done lol

They were protesting against foreign investors in Bundesliga.
