I think Martinez is the odd-man out. No guarantees that Forbort-Gravel will succeed in the NHL but I do agree Kings have to play them next year.

Doughty-Gravel
Muzzin-Forbort
Greene-McNabb
Scuderi-Schenn

Kings can then explore trading Martinez plus a contract (Gaborik/Brown?) or a "spare" part (Clifford/King?) for either a younger 3-4 dman or a 3C.

How is Martinez the odd man out with pylons like Greene, Scuderi, McNabb, and Schenn on the roster?

Errrr....don't see Schenn anywhere on there. Plus I did omit the 3-4 Dman they may acquire by trading Martinez. Scuderi and Greene are there since you know they're signed? Heck if LaDue shows he's worthy of a roster spot, I'd send Scuderi to Ontario. :)
