Do we know if he attempted sexual assault while he was holding her, or did he hold her there in some messed-up way to seduce her?
Forget a rebuild, this team needs an enema.
Suddenly Vincent Mercolgianos article makes a lot of sense.
"Federal and state law prohibits the sharing of prescription drugs that are controlled substances."So to be clear, you don't have anything to back up your claim that the federal government takes it very seriously when somebody gives their friend a xanny bar and were talking out your rear?
Got it. Thanks for clearing that up.
Literally no one is saying that, dude. Her giving Xanax to a player doesn't accuse what Panarin did, what the f*** am I reading in this thread lmao
It sucks because its going to be used to discredit her as well. The Xanex stuff i think in some ways actually helps explain why she took longer to report the incident.
She has anxiety. Throw that on top of the general stigma around reporting SA/Rape/what have you and that makes reporting what is already incredibly hard to do so almost impossible.
What I was postulating that it might have played a minor role. Great post. The Xanex stuff i think in some ways actually helps explain why she took longer to report the incident.

If the settlement involved the team as well, they would have known long ago and taken action then if they were going to. Would they suspend him now because of public opinion? Maybe. Though I think it makes the franchise look like a bunch ofthe Rangers have a game in less than 12 hours
will he be playing? I'd hope not, but ya know....
Now they are coming after you.Man, can't you all block each other and move on? I'm waiting for someone to drip feed me more actual info, but all I'm getting is the terrifying, violent sounds of cats being very unhappy with each other.
Mods in here right now

And the risk of losing her job because it would be much easier for the organization to dump her than their multi-million star asset, suspecting (with very good odds) that the organization would engage in a cover-up to protect its asset. The Xanex stuff i think in some ways actually helps explain why she took longer to report the incident.

Okay seriously though, wtf?Do we know if he attempted sexual assault while he was holding her, or did he hold her there in some messed-up way to seduce her?
So, SKA or AK Bars Kazan for Panarin next year?
I'm not sure there's any connection there. I believe what you are saying is "they delayed investigating or doing anything because the team was good and they didn't want to disrupt anything" but I don't think that is true (unless that comes out as part of the investigation or in a court document). Fact is, investigations and settlements take awhile to get through. We're at roughly 15 months and who knows how long it took her to come forward with it.This happening in December 2023 when they were legit an awesome team gives the victim more credence too. If it comes to the light when they were legit good last year, management and ownership probably doesn't want their best player in this news and derailing what they had as sinister as that sounds. At the end of the day, it's a result based business and profits get put over people.
Yeah i threw that in under the "hard to report" category given its the word of her against the Rangers star player essentially. And the risk of losing her job because it would be much easier for the organization to dump her than their multi-million star asset, suspecting (with very good odds) that the organization would engage in a cover-up to protect its asset.
What male co-worker is getting involved with the team's $11.6m asset? She should of asked a male co-worker to go get her phone, even a superior of hers. She had to have known what he was thinking. It all sucks.
