Edmonton is so bizarre. Lineup is mediocre, at best. Defense is terrible. Goalie is terrible. Yet, somehow, the team itself doesn't look terrible. Good coaching? Idk lol

They're getting pretty good defense out of some unexpected/non-household names. Draisatil improved a ton that way, this year, for example. Even Klingberg has reeled it in.
They only have one minus player in the playoffs, and he only played 1 game.
They're 2nd in GF/G in the playoffs too, which has covered for their goaltending. 11 players with over 0.5 P/PG.

Yeah it's weird, they got a meh roster but they click and look amazing as a team and look unstoppable.

True. We saw that with Sid and Geno for two decades. But it's not like they're going god mode and hard carrying garbage. The rest of the team is just playing solid, solid hockey.

Nah, the Stars have a 5-2 edge in the playoffs over the Oil. They had a stretch of 5 straight eliminations of Edmonton in 6 years.
The Oilers got them last year though.
