I started early.

I haven’t drank in 6 days, which is solid for me. Had two glasses of cab while cooking dinner (chicken parm with vodka sauce, from scratch). Just opened a bottle of Weller’s Early Times and starting my night proper.

I've tried the chicken parm with Vodka sauce once. I prefer marinara sauce, TBH.

There's a local Italian market that sells their own Vodka sauce which is amazing...I make it with either lobster ravioli or long fusilli with some locally cut black forest bacon.

It’s good with vodka sauce. My favorite is to do something a bit off-beat, starting with a traditional marinara style and adding diced plum tomatoes, onions, garlic, a little sherry and then heavy cream and parm.

I’ll tell you what… Draisaitl is my favorite Oiler and the one I’d rather have had if either were ever a possibility. Not saying I think he’s “better” but there’s something about him, especially in the post-aeason, that I like more. He’s a bull.
