Don't bring logic and facts into this, dammit! They're boring. Enough said.

Edmonton is fun to watch! All offense, no defense. Will they get a fourth straight 1st OV pick? Exciting!

Funny thing is our 6 goalie system still had 14 more goals than the oilers. lol.

Nope. I have no problem with Crosby. I couldn't stand him his first couple years in the league, but he doesn't annoy me at all anymore. I respect him. I just ignore the rest of you when you spew hatred for him.

:amazed:

Giroux was amazing in that series. Off to a slow(ish) start so far, but so is the rest of his team.

So when he holds Stepan's face down against the ice by his throat, you're cool with that?

Wow, you guys are really pathetic. Is every player you like or respect perfectly clean? Did I anywhere say I love Crosby? I said I have no problem with him and respect him. Is Giroux any cleaner? Did I say that Crosby can never do wrong in my book? How did this even become a conversation where you guys get to question who I choose to like and not like? I said I don't like Giroux and now you wanna give me the 5th degree for saying Giroux dumping Sid on his ass didn't earn G any brownie points from me? No, it's not "cool" that Crosby does something like that; nor is it cool when ample other players in the league do things that are slightly dirty like that. Does it stop me from liking each and every single one of them or the way they play the game?

NJ will make the playoffs because regardless of what happens to the roster, Lou is a witch doctor and the reincarnation of Merlin.

I mean, I find it hard to respect players who pull that ****. That's just me, though. And I could care less if you don't like Giroux. Just find it hard to believe that someone can respect Crosby. Calling him a great player is one thing, he is, no doubt. But I will never respect that little *****, and have no idea how anyone could. To each their own though.

I said I love the way Giroux shoots, passes and handles the puck. I acknowledge he's a joy to watch. He just annoys the piss out of me. Much like Crosby annoys the piss out of most of you. I never said Sid is my favorite player or that he's some kind of squeaky clean guy on the ice. I just said I have no problem with him and respect him now. I'm not a big Crosby fan. I just do not get all enraged about him like most Rangers fans do and I really enjoy watching him play.

Dont worry about it. Ovechkin is just as dirty as Crosby and yet he's worshipped.

If you find that hard to believe you must have known the truth about Santa Clause at like 5 years old. Seriously. It's impossible for you to fathom somebody having respect for Sidney Crosby? It's gonna be hard for anyone to convince you of anything in this life than, it seems, because there's nothing far fetched about the idea that there are hockey fans in the world who respect Crosby to me. Do you realize that Dubinsky played similarly sometimes? That Avery was a massive fan favorite in NY? That Giroux gets away with a lot of similar, weasily things that people hate Crosby for? Find me a perfectly clean hockey player. There's no such thing. I mean, I like literally at least 4-5 players on every team in the league and some are NOT clean, "likeable" guys. I like Lucic. I like Neil. I like Hartnell. Crosby plays dirty sometimes. Like those other guys, I still enjoy watching him play and he doesn't aggravate me half as much as Giroux does (though I also love watching Giroux work).
