“His stick is broken.” He’s still swinging his stick at face level Pierre. SMH.

Let's go Zucc, do it.

He is still injured - saw it in end of 1st in a puck battle, but Bishop with an off game and soft goal - hopefully he bounce back next game or maybe a good time for their backup goalie. It was a close game Dallas dominated that 3rd period so I expect them to win next home game.

I was listening to the CBJ-BOS game on the radio ... Columbus' radio broadcasters are just as big of homers as their TV ones.

Well I said he disappeared for 20 games...which he did. AND he sucked early in the playoffs...which he did. I also said IF he’s not clutch we don’t need another Nash. Especially for $11M.

Glad he’s had a good 5 games. Nash had a good stretch of 5 games too. Such a huge sample size, guess he’s permanently clutch. Lol.

Panarin's "sample size" before this season was 17 games in the playoffs and he had 15 points in those games.

Yeah the sample size excuse is pretty weak in regard to playoff performances.

In fact, I'd say the term is being completely misused given the context of limited number of playoff games even the best of the best could ever play, the fact that most of these players have already played in high pressure elimination series since they were in Pee-Wee, and most importantly the inherent nature of a limited maximum number playoff games are supposed to be high pressure trial elimination games where the best show their best or lack there of.

For example, how many playoff games would the current Lightning roster need to play and not win the cup in order to greatly support they are not cup potential even though they've had great regular season success and played way more regular season games than playoff games ?

Well, I had the NFL Draft on my biggest tv and the hockey games on another. Last night was disappointing especially with CBJ blowing that lead. At least the games should be tight all series long. Oh well, on to tonight.

Good: We've reached the games played quota for Zucc.
Bad: Still need four wins for the ultimate prize.

Not a great start to the series. Looking like pick #50 instead of #28.

For all his imaginative phrases, Doc has not said "and Coyle recoils..." even though he says "recoil" a whole lot

That's going to be the hard part, if we come close but don't quite reach the max potential.

21, 50 and 58 is great.

But it doesn't quite touch the dream of 18, 28 and 31.

But we'll make do and see what we can do either way.

Ben Bishop was awful last night. All three goals were awful. Dallas is starting to find their game and Polak took a penalty. Bishop gave up another five hole goal.

The Stars big line was quiet.

Need Bishop to stop the puck next game.

It’s only one game. They just need to be play better. They just seemed to be a little hung over from after winning the 1st round.

Blues are going to continue to try the five-hole because Ben Bishop is a sequoia tree with openings
