If you feel confident the Rangers can take care of business in their remaining games, you want the Jets to win. If you're worried about missing the playoffs, you want the Isles to win.

Isles...gives us a better chance to make the playoffs. Jets win gives us a better chance at a higher seed, but also a greater chance to miss out altogether. Really anything is fine as long as it's not a 3 point game.
