Meh it won’t matter once Vegas gets a hold of them but I agree with you better if avs advanceExcept that we want Colorado to win this series.

Except that we want Colorado to win this series.
One of the worst without question. There’s a right way to be a homer, and a wrong way; Colorado’s broadcast is definitely the latter lol.The AVs' play-by-play guy is unbearable. Literally just turned the game on to that Gaureau breakaway, and am switching feeds now.
And I want Colorado to win.
So if Colorado wins this, Number one seed overrated?
The more teams that finished below the jets advancing to the conference finals the better the jets pick would be providing the jets lose in the first two roundsWhat was the reason again for wanting the 'Lanche? I have the Flames in my hockey pool but I haven no problem if they don't. Just don't recall what the reasoning is for us wanting Colorado again....

If Colorado plays Vegas in round 2 and the Jets don’t make it to the WCF, we’re at least guaranteed the pick moves up 1.
In other words, we should be rooting for every team in the playoffs who finished below the Jets in the standings. That’s Vegas, Colorado, St Louis, Dallas (who we have another reason to root for too), Columbus, and Carolina. The more teams in that group that get to round 2, the better the chances that the Jets pick moves up.
I knew the Avs were better, but never realized how big, fast, skilled they really are. Mike Smith has done pretty well, imo.MacKinnon does everything hard especially his passes. Like he wants to murder the puck.
If u told me the avs would destroy the flames in this series I would say look no further than mike smith but don’t think u can blame him
Biggest worry was there scoring depth but when Wilson puts up 2 goals in two periods of a game 5 that’s pretty good. Grubauer is a solid goalie. That trade with Washington looking pretty goodI knew the Avs were better, but never realized how big, fast, skilled they really are. Mike Smith has done pretty well, imo.
Podkolzin? It still hasn’t totally hit me yet, but the idea that the Rangers are about to draft a player that’s got a very real chance to be better than Rantanen is insane to me
If the flames lose both 1 seeds finish 1-8. I can’t imagine that’s ever happened in any sport in 7 game series
