That is damn impressive. I certainly screwed up my prediction for this series.
Helly is just not great in the playoffs. Really wanted Peg to win but I had Colorado in 6Same. I bought the goalie koolaid. What a mistake.
After all the hype, nice to see Knies actually do something.
It's a tough choice. On one hand, the humiliation of Leaf nation going out yet once again (a) in the first round and (b) at the hands of the Bruins, OR watching the mighty Bruin's fall to the Leafs in 7 games after leading 3-1.Leafs survive for another day.
i cringed so hard i think i pulled muscles in my face and now i am perpetually grimacing.very Knies
more hockey
for me, it's always the leafs failing. Bruins have been so successful that one bad year wouldn't be much of a black eye. Or a crushing loss like that would be moved on from, fairly quickly. But the leafs continual failure is just a chef's kiss for me. The bruins need to hurry up and close the deal though because i am feeling dirtier every game i have to root for them. It's a tough choice. I'm torn. There is no scenario where two division rivals are both humiliated.
Pettersson.A lot of big guns not producing this postseason.. (Goals)
Kucherov, Pasta, Matthews, Rantanen, Mackinnon
Lol Ref just told Macavoy to F off
I live in Boston. So I have a particular schadenfreude when NE teams underperform.for me, it's always the leafs failing. That was the case until McAvoy's $9.5M AAV deal and then Pasta raised the ante with his $11.25M AAV deal.that's how boston operates, or at least i think Bergeron alluded to that. Hopefully our locker room does that too if we ever become competitive again.
Captain Bergie leaves and suddenly everyone wants to get paid. That was the case until McAvoy's $9.5M AAV deal and then Pasta raised the ante with his $11.25M AAV deal.
I believe both those deals were signed before Bergeron retired.Captain Bergie leaves and suddenly everyone wants to get paid.
meant it as a joke, but still not something i knew.I believe both those deals were signed before Bergeron retired.
Man, Boston looked like ass from what I saw. Almost like they thought it'd be a cakewalk because the Leafs were so banged up. That loss could come back to bite them this series.
For sure. Theyve had some epic chokes in the playoffs. Last year was hilarious to watch unfold. They aren't without their own ghosts haunting them, especially in Game Fives.
Why would he want to go to the worst tire fire of an organization in hockey history when he can get any job he wants and name his price? Why would it not end up another Babcock situation where he strings us along to get the deal from the team he actually wants to be with? He's friends with Kevyn? He's also friends with the Seattle GM whose going to offer him whatever he wants.x.com

I’m happy with the Ruff hire but it’s going to be gutting if RBA actually hits the open market.
