It feels like it’s going exactly the way everyone here thought it would. Worries me that they tried. Doesn’t look like the things Adams does or tries to do are any better than when he does nothing. His adds are trash. He hunts for this trash. And now he’s going to end up with no choice but to do things this off-season. Not looking great, Bob. The one positive is that he hasn’t done anything to hurt a rebuild the next guy is going to have to do. But that can change with actual pressure coming. Assuming anyone there cares enough to apply any.

I don't know they were even close or were pushing hard to get this particular signing done, just another comment from Adams that they were open to it. That reminds me of the commentary about Chychrun too. One good, one bad... ultimately no movement either way.
