On the other hand, Stolarz has made some very timely saves.

Stolarz is actually quite good. He had a lot of surgeries early on in his career (hip, both knees) and again this season with the Leafs (knee again, but not as serious as his earlier injuries). But if he can stay healthy, he's the best goalie the Leafs have had in a long time.

Yup, goaltending and special teams have been the difference. Ottawa has been the better team for four straight periods now, nothing to show for it.
