Great that the season has finally started but man, it has been an uninspiring start. Two games in Europe last weekend between New Jersey and Buffalo (kinda weird teams to pick to play in Prague) while other teams were still playing their preseason games. Then there were couple days of no games until Tuesday when six teams started their regular season. Very slow start and feels like people haven't even realized that the season started. Like why not start the season on a Friday with more games? At least today there are games between rivals, which should get some buzz.

Crazy how he's still so good now, makes me sad that Getzlaf hit the wall relatively early.

Also a great example of a big centre that doesn't need to be ultra physical to still use his frame effectively. Someone we should be looking Carlsson to model himself after.
