I'll say it, I'm still quite glad Hanifin refused to re-sign. He was a terrible fit on a defense that already had Weegar and Andersson in the top four. All 3 have similar strengths and weaknesses which is why none of them work well when paired on of the others.

As is tradition, Hanifin wanting out saved the Flames from themselves
