I wouldn't, unless it was ludicrously cheap.

Problem is, he'd be in the same situation here. He won't be taking minutes from anyone on our PP1 and I don't see him working at EV with Jack.
I think he would thrive here. No pressure about being a savior, really solid along the boards and with possession, but yea probably never happening.

Why did the rangers move mountains to dump trouba? Want to say he sucks ok but there’s a lot of crappy players playing out there. Cap hit? What are they going to do mid season trade of that magnitude are far and few between. Seems like it did more harm then good in the locker room.

It's too soon to count the Rangers out. They're better than the Penguins

I really don't know how people can say it's too early when after 31 games they have exactly 2 wins against playoff teams.

I get that they can maybe get hot and the bubble in the east is bad, but that team has a lot of structural issues where making a trade isn't going to fix much. They need an overhaul on D and need to drop a couple of the big contracts on the F side of things where they will probably have to eat money just to get rid of them.

This group has been very average at best 5 on 5, and have feasted on the PP and off rushes but now the the latter two are faltering, they simply can't compete even with Igor.

The Sharks should just waive either of the useless pair of tits they have up right now.

Georgiev is completely worthless and always has been outside of one year.

Vitek has been completely whatever outside of one year and horrifically bad since April of 2023. Vitek looks like he’s lost his ability to play NHL goalie at this point.

They should be playing Askarov.
