I bet Lou had the "shape up or else, kid" Tony Soprano talk with him

Embedded tweets from various posters aren't showing up on my android phone. Just started in the last few days. Anybody got a fix for that?

I was thinking exactly this earlier today. Someone on nhl radio mentioned that Petterson looked alienated from the rest of the team during a tv timeout the other night…so in addition to the return value he might be the easier one to ship out from a locker room perspective as well.

There was one point where I thought Tony D was a good player, but that it was just a shame that he was a piece of shit person.

At this point I'm pretty sure he's not at all a good player, so I don't understand why you would even sign this guy with all the toxic, reprehensible shit we know about him.

There's no upside to having him on your team anymore, is there?

Dobson is out and they are like the post-Rafalski Devils where they have no puck movers on the back end. Lou wants to go all out to lose in 5 in the first round.

What was the deal with Corrente? I don't remember hearing anything nefarious in regards to him?

Corrente and several of his teammates were involved in a purported sexual assault, I think it was the year after he was drafted. But he also said publicly that role model was John Gotti. He might not have been the brightest guy.

He walked that back saying he didn't admire him but the story of coming from nothing and making a name for himself. I had no clue any of this was a thing until today either.

Just another ploy to drive up the bid on Miller. Zero chance they trade Petterson. His contract / risk means he will get a discounted return too.

They’re going to end up trading a retained Miller to the Rangers for Zib and a 2nd (or something else dumb). But they really have no choice. Better to get it done and move on.

I mean DeAngelo is a loser but it's probably a win win for both parties. Dobson just went down for the Islanders, DeAngelo can run their PP1 for a month. If he does well, the Islanders can flip him at the deadline for something since PPQB's are always a premium at the deadline for some teams. And DeAngelo gets to rebrand himself for the 1000000th time

I don't really think that is walking it back.
