This game has been so sloppy in execution and strategy. I am really disappointed in the quality of hockey.

Capitals should always be laughed at.
Reffing is hard and refs read reactions to put a story together. Letang did a great sell, hey nothing to lose.
Ovie has been good and I always love watching him shoot the damned puck. Rarely see him doing that leap from the ice pulverizing intent-to-injure boarding hit that was another of his trademarks. He's getting old I guess and mellowing a bit.

I mean, he's playing with Crosby, but the trend to find these types of players is there. PPG players in the USHL in their draft years usually go on to being solid college forwards and productive middle-6 NHL players. We never draft out of the USHL in the middle rounds and it's infuriating.
