I don't know about that... did the Rangers fix all the problems by trading Trouba?

They do have Shersterkin, Panarin and Fox but outside of that... Trocheck, Zibanejad and Kreider seem to have declined, Lafreniere and Cuylle not taking another step, Kakko given away. I don't find them scary outside of Shesterkin going beast mode. I admit if they're getting Miller without subtracting too much... Jackets and Habs have young guys breaking out and Jackets have Werenski who is going to be a Norris finalist. The 2 youngest teams, on the rise but who knows, might lack experience or not, but they do have some veterans
Not that I’m overly concerned about any of the teams but the Rangers are probably more dangerous than Columbus or Montreal.

All 3 teams actually don't have very "concerning" advanced stats. Rangers are 23rd in xGF% at 5v5, Jackets are 25th and Habs are 27th (we are 10th)

However since December 17th (the habs turnaround) they are 12th, we are 17th, Rangers are 19th and Jackets 26th

I’ve see the Habs run done by the Sens. Once it gets real youth messes themselves.

I don't really want to talk about them but still going to answer you. They have a lot going on. Suzuki is 25 y/o, never misses a game and is PPG over the last 2 seasons. Hutson is 20 y/o, going to win the Calder and is 6th in D-man scoring (easily going to outscore EK's 20 y/o season). Caufield is breaking out and is 8th in goals scored. Laine has 11 goals in 17 games, etc, etc. Whatever the Sens did before, they were playing DJ DORION hockey, nobody could OVERCOME that. We needed Staios to actually have a semblance of a future. He has started to fix some of the mess and still have more work ahead.

That said, hopefully you're right and they stop winning, their rebuild has been trending too well. I actually predicted that for 2025-26 so it's actually been faster than I expected

That’s fair. Gorton and Hughes have done well with veterans surrounding their youth but this is a big offseason coming up for them.

Dustin Wolf is going to win the Calder.

(Actually Leevi is when he pulled off the Hammond run)
