Is Mika starting to slow down?

He’s playing with Jimmy Vesey and Brett Berard right now. He’s the only top 6 player on his line.

I think him slowing down compared to his 90 point season is part of it but there’s more to it. Team is not playing well and can’t find chemistry. Zib is a streaky player to begin with. The type of player who’ll have 20 points in 10 games then go blank for the next 5. Confidence is probably low when on a skid like that. He’s still a 70 point guy but he’s having a rough start.

His most common F linemates this year are Kreider (230+ mins) and R. Smith (222+). He's next most common F linemates are Panarin (72+) and Lafreniere (53+).
His most common D linemates this year are Miller (133+) and Fox (128+).

These are all at 5v5 and he has 359+ minutes total this year.

With Vesey, he's played ~13 minutes this year and with Berard ~40.

He had 25 points at 5v5 last year and he's on pace for about the same this year.

wow, you must be really important..... keep up the good work.

lol

1. There is nothing implying my importance, unless of course you feel my highlighting your gaslighting etc is important work.

2. thats funny & ironic coming from the same guy who thought it was important and impressive to let me know you’ll be golfing in Florida this winter.

Sabres are a disaster. I hope Ottawa can get Peterka off them, especially if Adams does any panic moves to try and save his job.

I can't even single out what's wrong with Buffalo. Is it the Pegula's? Is it Adams being poor at roster construction? This new batch of young players not good enough?

Imagine losing a player like Eichel because you wouldn't let him get a procedure that wouldn't negatively affect his quality of life in the future.

That seems unlikely.

I mean, he's leading all Buffalo D in TOI/G... maybe he already is a #1 dman....
5v5 . Dahlin gets more PP time so does Power. He definitely has competition in Buffalo. Dahlin has more/game all situations

There are some teams he could get more PP time on for sure

Ah, my bad, the sort on Hockey reference doesn't work, I guess it sorts by total TOI even when you click ATOI....

Omg, EDM... PP in the first 3 mins of the game and they allow a shorthanded goal 10 seconds into it, and take a penalty in the next 5 seconds

anyone know what happened to Simmer on Coming in Hot?
This is just what I have gathered and I may be off base and I am sorry if I am

I think Simmer has some recurring personal issues he has to work through that causes him to have to take some personal time away.

The nature I do not know

There's room for more than one franchise to be humiliated.

My rationale - and it's just that, not looking to make this any sort of competition - the Knights got handed the sweetest of expansion deals, jobbed the salary cap (continue to do so), won a Cup, cried over Dadanov, costing the Sens a 1st, and appear to have hung Lehner out in the wind.

We could also add Chicago to the list - plenty of sound arguments to be made in favor of them being humiliated.
I also don't like Vegas but didn't they pay Lehner his entire salary when they could've paid out just a portion? Or is there more to this story that I'm not aware of or that wasn't what happened?

Vegas got an opportunity rebuilding teams would be jealous of. Incredible opportunity from day 1.
And a very smart GM who knew how to hoodwink most of the other GMs in the league.

Maybe they stabbed him in the back like they did with Bobby Ryan?
Interesting position on how that went down. I think Bobby said some things that were unacceptable to a large segment of the population as well as CIH. I don't think there was any back stabbing. Please elaborate if I have it wrong.
