That’s fine though. Make it and see what happens. This offseason coming up is going to be massive for us.So in the Atlantic, TOR is on pace for 104-105 pts, we’re second best on pace for 99-100.
Not really something to feel super secure about… we’re looking good because almost everyone else is looking bad.
Difference is all those fanbases think they have teams that are playing outstanding hockey, we are really just burning time here and yet still keeping up the pace. I am not scared of anyone in the East. We just have to hope they can flip the switch back on as the season closes here.So in the Atlantic, TOR is on pace for 104-105 pts, we’re second best on pace for 99-100.

I’m also not scared of the East teams “in principle” - and I think we could challenge anyone in the West for the Cup too - but it requires that the team takes further steps in effort and being in sync with each other.Difference is all those fanbases think they have teams that are playing outstanding hockey, we are really just burning time here and yet still keeping up the pace. I know we “can”. I’m not at all questioning their ability. They “can” win the Cup again, this season. This is a formidable roster.pace means nothing for a team like this. as long as we're close, we can close the gap or pull away very quickly with a win streak. we've done it before, we know the team can do it. it's clear they're coasting right now and they're still at the top of the standings.
