Looks like all of the non player GMs, save for Trotz have a college degree and maybe Armstrong.

Could be great hire for them, but it's not really an inspiring start for the franchise with GMs of Francis and Botterill, and coaches of Hakstol, Bylsma, and Lambert who all flamed out independently in other NHL roles.

Coaching class outside of Sullivan this year seems like a lot of magic beans.
