I don’t think he’s so much hot/cold as he’s a bad team player. When there’s no structure and he can kind of just do anything, he thrives. As soon as complex systems get involved, he’s incapable of understanding how to play.

I tried changing my query from "Create a logo for a hockey team called the Utah Soakers" to "Create a logo for a hockey team called the Utah Soakers, utilizing Mormon style undergarments" and got absolutely nothing useful. Disappointed.
