If Dubas is angry now, his head is going to explode in a few years when he has to try to rebuild that team. I have no doubt that his ownership required him to keep his big names and try to win with them, but it will be an ugly scene there when the whole thing as to finally be torn down. For now, they are as middle of the road as middle of the road can get.
They are going to offer the max to Drai and hope to lure McD

Maybe, but if either of those guys actually get to free agency it's hard to imagine why either of them would ever choose Pittsburgh. I have no idea where Draissaitl may end up, but if McDavid becomes a free agent it will be Toronto or bust for him.

My point was Dubas will offer Drai the max to sign with them and then use Drai and Sid to lure McD to sign with Pens

And here I thought Dubas left here because he didn't want to be told what moves he should or shouldn't make.:skeptic::laugh:

Tough times are ahead for the Penguins. Bringing Karlsson in -- whether his idea or not -- was such a weird first big move.

That's silly. If they don't want teams to wear something altogether that's one thing, but a player should be able to wear something if they choose. Fleury should of said f*** it.
He apparently did.
NHL is stepping into a PR mess created out of their own stupidity and bigotry.

Didn't realize that Vasilevsky made his season debut last night.

A 6 point game from Kucherov now puts him first in goals and points in the league.
