It wasn't just bad for a couple months, it was bad for a whole season. Apparently Sullivan refused to make changes to his staff, so maybe they are about to change their head coach eventually?

Definitely true that change isn't a guarantee of success, but I think the Isles have been a mix of treading water/ even heading downwards the last couple seasons so they strike me as a team in need of a shakeup. But ultimately, don't really follow the team all that closely
