You're not actually showing any evidence of lying. Saying that something is not their intention but "never say never" is not promising that he will never be traded. When it happened, he also said it "came together fast".

An 8 year post-ELC contract is more expensive than a 7 year post-ELC contract. Sounds like they opted to decrease the term by a year so that the corresponding cap hit wouldn't be above Larkin's. Pretty silly if true.

It sounds like a deal isn't very close. So the Bruins are going to start the season with Korpisalo as their number one and Bussi or DiPietro as their number 2? Korpisalo gets injured and they are in serious trouble in net. You'd have to think they'd sign a guy like Martin Jones as a backup.

Don't forget in the playoffs Ullmark was beat by the Leafs and the Bruins stopped rotating goalies.

Ullmark started 1 game and lost, and then was used for 18 minutes against Florida.

In the playoffs Ullmark was not a good goalie.

Houston and Atlanta make sense in round one and if we go beyond 32 then 36 is the logical number with the current format for balanced divisions. Quebec city should get one in that round of expansion.
