Again. it's not stupid.
it's stupid to us because for the most part, we see it as. "do you score points/stop the puck? yes, okay."
but when you're building a team, and people don't mesh in it causes friction. again. considering this franchise has had its share of cliques, and us v. them, and all this other nonsense, i don't get how people keep going "it's stupid because a team wants to remove a person who doesn't fit in."

theres nothing wrong with being an introvert. I am a massive one.
i've also played a tonne of team sports, and continually excluding yourself, equals a very not good situation. it's not just about how the player performs, it's about the entire health of the locker room which is also, equally important.
