Jets beat Avs in OT off a 93 mph Pionk slapper. But most interesting on the play was what McKinnon was doing. Not only did he completely abandon his side of the ice, allowing Pionk to skate unhindered from his own zone, he actively got in the way of Makar, preventing him from possibly getting to Pionk himself. It was BAD.
Given his defensive faux pas, can we trade KK for him?
btw: Avs announcers are brutally bad and I get some satisfaction when they have to announce a loss

Possibly. The Devils are obsessed with ex-Canes so there's a good chance he winds up there at some point.
