I've lived in Calgary since I was 4 years old, and I don't know if I could move away from winter. My kids love skating at the outdoor rinks and sledding. Always, when you're cold you can always dress warmer, but when its crazy hot here, there's not much you can do to cool down, besides AC

Yeah definitely helps. We haven't even hit minus 30 this winter. Its been one of the warmer ones that I can recall. We had minus 26 this week though

but i will say, it's always easier to add layers than remove. at some point it doesn't matter after you start stripping, you're still sweating your ass off. and then ppl get upset you're in walmart naked.

That's every Walmart after 7pm.

Was listening to NHL Network Radio on Sirius today.

They were talking about Finland's weak dline in the Four Nations. Can't remember if it was Gord Stellick or not but someone wondered if they looked outside the NHL at Finns with NHL experience to help on the blueline, and mentioned Julius Honka.

Funny that people here were whining about 4 Nations and how it was going to be a snooze fest. That was the most exciting period of hockey I have watched in a long time. Best on best is amazing.

Yeah I wasn't so sure about it admittedly but it's great so far.

I love how the Canada vs Sweden pre-game was still somehow about the Leafs because this is gonna be the greatest game of Nylander's life or some nonsense. He's been a ghost, except for the unfortunate early penalty lal

Hate hearing this about Theodore. That was always my biggest concern about this tournament during the season. Being an owner and having one of your top guys get injured during the 4 Nations…ugh. Hopefully it’s not as serious as it seems.
