It's becoming annoying clear that this year a legitimately bad team is going to make the playoffs as the 8 seed and provide Winnipeg effectively with a first round bye, while we were in a fight for our lives against a superteam the year we win the conference.

Winnipeg is good, but when PPs go away in the playoffs (especially after the first round) that will take a huge weapon away from them. They are in need of a 2nd line centre...like alot of teams. Namestnikov just ain't it and Perfetti doesn't seem to be either.
