Kevin Fiala in LA has 12 EV pts 50games into the season. Its so lol horrible its funny to see. There isn't a viable team in the league that should want this fool anymore. Not only that he's -10 despite playing with guys like Danault. I don't even know how thats possible.

A dozen Kings players including multiple D have more EV pts than Fiala who's whole purpose on a club is just producing. Well that ain't happening.

As if to illustrate the Kings stupidity they have Fiala glued to topsix and hes getting this. The player they gave away, PLD, has 32EV pts and playing a strong Center role in Washington. LA buried PLD in bottomsix most of the season. A bizarre use of the player. For perspective on how much 32EV pts is Dubois is tied for 20th in league in EVP.

Yeah, a tale of two players and two clubs. Kings could miss the playoffs with what a disaster Fiala has been this season. Would say he's the worst forward on the Kings but Lewis is playing..

Again, were missing a lot of key guys. Anyhow, doesn't matter, still close to half the season left, standings will sort themselves out. Doesn't matter who we play, it won't be an easy series.

Of course there's upsets. We're a better team than Minnesota. Hey, maybe they'll take out Vegas for us. Wouldn't that be nice.

I'm fine with any of LA, Minny or Colorado with LA being the best of those teams in my opinion. Colorado doesn't have the depth that they used to and are essentially a 3 player team. Minny is at a disadvantage because of how much dead cap they have and I feel like LA isn't really as good as their current record but they're the team I'd be most worried about in round 1.

We won't have to worry about a playoff series against Minnesota. They're pretenders that are going to get crushed by the real good teams in the Central.

I'm a little bit spooked about winning the division and getting Colorado as a prize though.
