Teams do not know what to do. Hughes is the only threat there. Every play just goes back tot he point for a shot. That's how Heinen scored from a Hughes shot. Just pressure the guy. Nucks keep somehow wining games they look like turds in. Have to give them a little credit lol

I usually watch some of their games, but they are sooooo boring I stopped. Watched 5 min of this one. I usually keep more tabs on our divison rivals. Haven't watched a ton of them this year

They play Vegas tomorrow. Hate both teams. No 3 pointer please.

If you just take the point shot away from the Nucks they are more or less incapable of scoring goals. Hughes -> point shot -> score on deflection/rebound.

JT Miller just seems like he a toxic personality. And Ep40 is like stoic, serous type of dude. Like water and oil. Something has to give. If a trade happens for one or the other, I really wouldn’t be that surprised. But a drastic drop in their Wins would need to set it off.

I think these two are the definition of the two extremes.

Miller is an intense player and individual, but has no idea whatsoever how to channel that into actual effective leadership. Things not going right? Throw a tantrum and rip into your least favourite teammate incessantly.

"Petey" on the other hand relies on pure talent to succeed, but is likely perfectly fine just sitting around and patiently waiting for his shift. Team not playing well? Things not going right for "Petey?" Oh well, another game will be there to try again tomorrow.

It's easy to see why it's an oil and water relationship. Both of them are problems for polar opposite reasons.

Oilers, Flames, and Canucks all blow 2 goal leads and lose those games this week. That's why they call it the worst lead in hockey.
