I was playing with a calculator for the deferrals as well. It seems really hard to actually get a sizeable cap benefit. Seems you need higher assumed interest rates for it to even work, which is maybe also why it wasn't used before, because rates were near 0% for so long.

Could have saved a little bit on Drai doing it, but for sure, most people would good accountants would feel much more confident in just getting their money ASAP.
