Moverare is better right now but I think Bjornfot in his late 20s will be really solid. If Gavrikov leaves it would have been nice to have Bjornfot as insurance. Maybe Kirsanov works out though.

Waiving Bjornfot at the time was the right move.

Losing guys on waivers means you are protecting guys that have surpassed the waived players in utility.

Just more hyper critical hyper criticism of a team that looks good at the halfway mark, from the dogshit brigade.

I dont think Englund is better and he will be gone after the season. Edler is gone. Maatta is gone. Durzi who played on his off side is gone. The guys they kept him down for will all be gone at the time hes coming into his own. Its not being critical to talk about what actually happened in reality.
If you dont like to talk about the Kings you dont have to come on here.

Schmooley you're one of the most insightful and polite posters on here, yet I have noticed you have one glaring fault: you dont seem to easily detect when youre conversing with a moron.. I congratulate you on figuring it out.

How absurd.

Maybe, but he never outplayed those guys, and again, even now with FL, he's a 8th Dman who played 14 minutes, 4 minutes fewer than any other D,

Yea hes is just now turning a corner. He looked good last night making plays in the offensive zone and breaking up plays in his zone. Heard his name announced a lot because he was very involved. Compared to before he was just kind of quietly there. Next year I can see him being a regular on a team and in a couple years being real good.

I'm guilty as well. One day (hopefully soon) i'll learn. Otherwise, I might need to resort to using the ignore button.

Correct, but A.are they going to resign him, and B. he wasn't playing that well when he was waiver eligible.....

If you want to argue Kings should have had patience....maybe I'd agree with that, I liked him, but every game, left wanting more from him....and they brought in Matta, Edler, Durzi over him, because he simply wasn't there yet.....when FL gets healthy again....and Eklbad is in the lineup, Bjornfoot is out again.....not sure that's going to help his cause in being a "regular"

Ya why ?

Wasn't Bailey a sex offender or something like that?

He wasn't polite with me , just like you Schmoedodo.

So you guys are both full of it.

More circling the manure filled wagons.

Being called a moron by you and the glitching time machine pilots is a compliment.

Moves are made in the ever present now, some age poorly, but they can't be judged a season or more later because the team is not doing the rebuild you guys have spent years of your lives crying for,
Those tears could have filled up the Santa Ynez reservoir but they dried up all caked with salt on the pages of this board..

Oh darn, right as I was replying to someone who apparently can't comprehend what "Around the league" means, that post is now gone, what a shame.

McLellan brings up Detroit's power play to no. 2 in the league? So it wasn't the coach lol
Right? I am shocked that some people continue to think LA's PP struggles are X's and O's and not Jimmy's and Joe's.

How many players from the Kings #1 PP unit would be playing on the Knights, Oilers, Avs, Stars or Jets #1 PP unit?

The Kings have a lot of great defensive players, and a great defensive system behind a coach who absolutely should be in consideration for coach of the year, but the skill level on this team is abysmal.

It's been 2 and a half years and you still continually pull out your pet rock and troll people with it.

This is ancient history and so are you, evidently.

Pro tip: don't introduce gambling, crime or illegal narcotics to family members.

Troll who?

This is the "Around the League" thread. If you don’t want to discuss things happening around the league, feel free to skip this thread. Faber was a significant topic of discussion here, and many people showed interest in him as a prospect. Not all of us base our opinions of players solely on whether they were traded by the Kings or not. You don’t get to decide the topics of discussion on this forum.

As for my sports investment advice to my mother, thank you for your concern. I’ll be sure to share your thoughts with her when she gets back from her Australian Open trip, which, incidentally, was fully funded by those same investments.

And btw, I keep the narcotics to myself, thank you very much.

Boldy is so good.. I bet if he was a C they'd have picked him.. 6'2" and strong.. kind of reminds of a center the way he plays

What Boldy and Rossi are is what the Kings desperately needed our two picks from those drafts to end up being. It really is the biggest difference between being contenders and not being contenders.

This has been a very entertaining game from start to finish.

Faber is not a significant topic of discussion here for anybody except you.

Wait, I thought I was mandated to this thread by you?

I working on being appointed on topic decider for these boards as you speak.

Weird she didn't take you but perhaps understandable.

Jesus now Rossi and Boldy were exactly what we needed to pick?

It's Monday morning QB flying a time machine with you 7 days a week.
