IIRC the Panthers were willing to eat 50% to move Bob and many would not still touch him with a 10 foot pole. He is now a HOFer.

we went into game 7 at a high with how game 6 was and we had been blown out in game 5 at home. Carolina fans booed heavy in parts of game 1 and 2. They also kinda knew this series was over when they went down 3-0, so the loss was in the back of the minds.

their game 5 was our game 3. Multi goal lead blown, then comeback that ultimately fails our game 7 was a systematic and individual beatdown of our team, identity, players and org.

That's valid, I haven't been following too much so didn't know that the fans booed them at times during games 1 and 2

Sorry to say that. It's just I'm a Leafs fan and everyone hates us and wishes us to continue failing so why would I root for the teams that hate us?

But then the Panthers fans have been hating on the Leafs just as much...........

Such a dilemma. I'd love to see a Dallas comeback and Dallas sweep the Panthers ultimately..........I don't get any real hate vibes from Dallas fans.

I dislike the Oilers but I dislike Bettman even more so I wanna see a Canadian team win just so Gary will be upset. It may be the only time any of us will see a Canadian team win tbh.
