The place is an institution. Hopefully it doesn't get lost in the never-ending condo development madness in the area. The good thing is that stretch of Bayview seems immune to redevelopment. It probably has the same height by-laws as Mt. Pleasant.

Yeah, the Leafs will beat either of them. I'm more focussed on who the Leafs are going to play in the Cup final, so I've been paying more attention to the Western conference series'.
