Yeah that’s true, nice to see Thompson back. seemed every time Freddie went down especially in the playoffs he stayed down and you never knew if he was getting back up, very dramatic.

Freddie is the kind of getting injured, so I have no doubt he will be out for weeks. I think Carolina beats Washington in the second round anyway.

It will be surprising if it goes beyond 5 games. A healthy Jersey would have lost to Carolina in this series, let alone an injured one.

Scary thing is he has a 2.95 GAA and a .905 SV% and a 20 W 29 L record over 49 games. That's not a small sample either.
