Around the League - 2024-2025 Part II

Stars are probably cooked. They were dogshit to close out the season, and even if Heiskanen is back soon you're putting a ton of pressure on one guy to save you. Plus JRob will likely miss the entire round.. they pretty much need Oettinger to turn into 1999 Hasek. In general Colorado is incredibly stacked and my pick to win it all.

Blues with 24 hits on 1st. Playoff hockey has arrived.
I believe they had 48 hits after two but only a few in the third. They were lights out when leading in the 3rd while the Jets were terrible when trailing in the third but the Jets' top line dominated the third and wore down the Blues.

Good effort and fight by the #8 seed but Scheifele and Connor were on a mission last night.

So seems like the tough players just ignore a broken fibula.

"If I can get my skate on ..."

Clause Details: Starting July 1, 2024: Player submits a 6 team no trade list.

Sounds like there's a chance he is moved ... until signed anything could happen. None of the parties sound committed.

Was nice to see Connor that big goal. He's had a huge year but was one of the worst players at the 4 nations and was even scratched for the gold medal game. Gained a little redemption as a bigger game player.

Would have preferred they lost

Keefe and his teams with stupid penalties. Not surprising Keefe doesnt have his team ready to to start the game. Down 1-0 shots are like 10-1 and now they take a stupid too many men penalty.

NJ need to wake up lol 3 shots with 7 mins left in the first, Carolina skating circles around them

Devils getting badly outplayed.

But from what I hear, not as badly as the Leafs will be outplayed by the Sens. The Sens have Brady Tkutchuck and Leafs never played a menace before. Also the Leafs always lose in the playoffs.

Until proven otherwise that is literally exactly what we do.

We are a better team than Ottawa and we are out of excuses. Time for them to win or get the f*** out and never come back.

Brady has also never played a single NHL playoffs game in his career yet. So not quite an MVP yet
