Around the League - 2024-2025 Part II

Kerfoot was never really our 3C though. People kept trying to say he was one, but ultimately he was a weird 'jack of all trades but master of none' insignificant player who didn't add much outside of PKing ability and some occasional regular season scoring. He ended up playing on the wing way more than he ever played C. He's as much of a centre as McCann.
I remember when the ridiculous fancy stats obsessed super homers were arguing kerfoot > kadri because of some twisted bullshit metric. Wonder how that's worked out so far. I don't hate the fancy stat crew and they have their virtue but when it supercedes common sense it gets a bit ridiculous.

Kadri was way better, I always argued for Kerfoot because he was a tough motherf!@#er.

Guy got hit like no one else.

Like Holmberg and Jarnkrok, he was under rated.

Not worth Kadri

I remember taking Jarnkrok in his Nashville days on my fantasy hockey teams at times. I always thought he was one of those players with a higher ceiling than he is worth that the Leafs should acquire. Hasn't really worked out exactly that way

I expected a little more offense, but you have a good eye.

Winning 4 series, not 16 games takes a lot of what he has

Didn't watch all of the game so far but 1st goal Skinner let in was kind of soft and 2nd goal was one of those you'd hope he would bail his team out. Did he make any saves he shouldn't have in the 1st? Hard to think this game wouldn't be 2-1 still with Pickard

How can anyone argue that Scotia/ACC is anything like Win/ Edm/Cal in the playoffs?

Top to bottom place is a zoo.

Poor Drai. Just Morgs it up'ed
