I love how Doughtey doesn't care about McDavid's star power
He says how he feels. If we get the chance, we'll spank him

I hated LA Kings when they drafted him, I was so envious

McDavid is just different. Denault is a great player but even prime Bergeron or Datysuk won't be able to shut down McDavid
Kopitar can still be a threat, Denault not so much. Just double down on your attack with McDavid
The defensive gap between them is significant. In last year's series:

McDavid vs. Kopitar: 7.33 GF/60 and 2.09 GA/60
McDavid vs. Danault: 1.63 GF/60 and 3.26 GA/60

If I'm the Oilers, I know which matchup I'm chasing at 5-on-5.

I hate the Oilers but unfortunately I think they'll make quick work of the Kings. It's vomit inducing but I think there's a really strong chance they actually win the West this year with how garbage it is. If Colorado had Landeskog and a proper 2C they could've taken the West again but I think they'll have a hard time with this version of the roster.

After moving to the Bruins, I heard JFJ on the radio (with Lansberg) brag that he brought Rask to the organization.:mad:
Him already knowing that he would be going to the Bruins would be the only way that trade actually made sense.

Connor just takes charge. So much confidence in his game

Only if Byfield had any toughness at all

McDavid is unstoppable. Either you let him go by you or you take a penalty slowing him down, either choice leads to primo scoring chances. It is not defendable.

I hate to say it, but if we somehow get by Boston and to the finals, I dont think we can beat McDavid and Edmonton.
