Gourde really is a gutless little puke. Not a single player to like on that club. Stamkos I guess persevered in a shit hockey market for years and never complained. I suppose that‘s admirable.

This is the leagues fault, Yzerman is just following the rules they gave him and everyone else. I personally would like the NHL to keep the salary cap year round. If they don’t switch it for next season then we know that their crack team of money lovers in charge of these types of changes have determined that this loop hole is good for their bank accounts.

And I bet Kuch doesn’t mind losing a year of regular season stats but still be paid to get as healthy as possible by the end of the regular season.

Their player needed to have surgery and they were able to give him the maximum recovery time possible. Because we all know what happens to the salary cap in the playoffs! And players play injured all of the time. He may have started at only 98.69% healthy
