I like Montreal too, hopefully they can win tomorrow night. But no one on Montreal deserves it as much as Hank does.

Plus it would be funny to see the people on this board who like to make fun of Montreal's short players and how they had zero chance.

There would be a lot of short players playing in that series.

And AV takes the Rangers to the Conf finals in his first season and Torts leads Vancouver into the dumpster.

Got to love it.

Crosby's last 17 playoff games, 1 Goal.....

Pitt is not going to win Cup's or playoff rounds with Crosby playing like that.

He's come up short in the leadership dept in the playoffs consistently. That's when the 'best player on the planet' is supposed to earn that degree. He hasn't.
And there would be the closeup on him on the bench and the announcers would be lauding him for 'all he does', etc.

Agree that this team has issues and SHero hasn't made the best moves. He and the coach should be gone.

Hey, Vegas, just in case you are paying attention: you have picked the Pens to win the Cup five straight seasons and you are 0 for 5.

Just keep banging your head against the wall, Vegas.

Can you bet against the Penguins? Not familiar with gambling.

It's not necessarily that Vegas thinks the Penguins will win, when a sportsbook sets a line they are hoping that the money is equally bet on everyone so the house can collect the juice. The Penguins have the best player in the league so they are going to be a popular pick, so they want to set the odds accordingly so the payouts will be less if the Pens were to win.

Wow. It's amazing how much trouble speed is giving the mighty Hawks themselves. The west has gotten so much faster. Hopefully we adjust next year.

Seriously though, is there a bet where you could bet against a team? Over the last couple years I have been vocally against Pitt winning anything. I would have put $200 on them not winning the Cup every year.

Not at a casino. The odds wouldn't be worth it anyways, you would be risking thousands to win a hundred.
